The customer service is poor. I arrived @ 5:42pm. There were 3 agents line to the door. There was the guy whom was at the register assisting. Then all of a sudden he just finished with the customer and walks out the door. Remind you it was customer's the door. The agent went on break not even trying to help, nor awaiting for other to return.
The people that work there are very friendly, OUT STANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE very efficient at there job. Always courteous when I stop by with a issue with my phone. They would get 5 stars but since I've been up there 5 times and I'm still having the same issue with my Samsung galaxy note 4 , they get 3.
