Great Manager Erika and her team welcomed me with very pleasant greetings they stuggled with me through the whole process .PABLO was A1 superstar after the struggles and hassels he was able to get everything done with a great attitude.
Wanda R was patient working with the problem with my phone. I was very upset with all the viruses on the phone and she patiently worked with the situation until all the viruses was removed. Great customer service was displayed with being concern with the customer problem.
OMG thank you to Ashleigh P. She was able to troubleshoot my issue with my new IPhone. She was wonderful. I had called the customer service number, no help. When I walked into the store, Ashleigh told me she would try to figure out my issue and SHE DID. thank you MISS Ashleigh!!
I’ve came here on 3 separate occasions to acquire devices for my business and to setup one of them. Both times I was assisted by entire staff upon entrance but I was helped by Julianne. She took care of me and educated me on some things. She also stuck with me and tackled customer service so I didn't have to. Well trained and cares for TMobile customers well. Bless her and who trained her.
I recently had the distinct displeasure of enduring what can only be described as an exercise in abysmal customer service at this location. I arrived to complete an online order, as instructed, presenting my ID and providing additional documentation via email. Once these were verified and I was approved to proceed, Erica — the store manager and the sole beacon of competence in this entire fiasco — departed for the day, entrusting my transaction to Pablo.
