I went to trade in a phone because my last one got stolen. The lady who helped me out had a nasty attitude from the start and it was very obvious she clearly hates her job. Anywho, i am not the one who does reviews often but this Wanda lady had my blood boiling... On tiktok while im clearly needing help, she could not care less. If you are going to work in customer service, do better!! Hire professional people or go elsewhere , very terrible customer service!!!
I came in to simply buy a pair of head phones the technician literally waited on me to tell me I had to wait in line with one more person ahead of me. Then went to service said customer assisted them and came back to me again to ask my name to put me in the queue then went to the back until five minutes to 8pm to walk out and smirk at me instead of simply allowing me to check out head phones!
