The normal agents weren't in today. Instead they had backup of unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable set of agents. Worse experience ever in this location. They played very inappropriate music. Just because a location is setup in a hood area doesn't mean the staff needs to behave in that manner. I asked the name of the General Manager and the agent hung up on me. I asked the agent not to do something yet she did it anyway and disconnected my call with customer support. They need to let them go and try again with others t... read more
