Me & my whole family switched to Tmobile last year. I also have their home internet. Whenever I visited this store the reps were super helpful & friendly but had a very experience today. I visited the store with a concern regarding connectivity & a request to switch me to eSim. A rep named Jordan was with me on this & he called the customer service. Andrew is the worst employee ever! Should be fired immediately. Turned back in the home internet. After six days of trying it. Had 14 days of trying it with 100% money back guarantee. Andrew wasn’t helpful or nice. Did not return money. When I got home called customer service and they return the money to me and informed me that ANDREW didn’t cancel the home internet. It’s a shame that companies can’t find people to work and have to hire people like him. So they can keep the doors open. Stand clear of Andrew!

My phone had stopped working. Could not log in, scroll, and the unit seemed to be frozen. Last Friday, 2/17, at around 1pm, I walked into the Matthews store at McKee Farms. I was desperate to find out what was wrong. The gentleman I approached, didn't get his name, was EXTREMELY rude and totally unhelpful. He looked at my phone and said there was nothing he could do!
