Went in on a promotion to save $ and had to go through a long credit app questionnaire over the phone with their credit department. I showed them my 820 credit score and it didn’t matter. They asked for the model year of a used car I bought over 20 years ago for my oldest son. I guessed wrong and was denied. Too bad. They lost reliable payment for 3 unlimited lines with new phones and 2 tablets with cell service. What jerks.
Ridiculous overcharged on reinstated services when debit card was hacked and account holder was on hospital. Went into local store. Was told there was nothing they could do. The phone call to customer service was when account holder was told to go to store. Not good for elderly person living on fixed income nor physically capable to go out due to low oxygen levels. Ended up going back home and will call customer service again.
