I have their wireless internet box at home. It's terrible. Constantly slows down or loses connection. I went to their Mooresville store to ask what we can do about it. In the middle of our conversation, the t-mobile girl walks away to answer the telephone. Rather than put the caller on hold, she makes me wait. I walked out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
