Awful experience, went in for two trade in from AT&T on the promotion that the AT&T phone would be paid off by t mobile and that I’d get a new 17 (free) and air, Walter activated my phones flip flop, I’m thinking oh well things happen. Then I go to trade in my devices (delayed trade in so I could get everything switched over to the new phones), I come back and they tell me one of my phones trade ins have been cancelled, and they traded my gfs phone under my phone number. Have had to go in 2 times in the past week for the same issue. The new phones don’t have SIM cards, so you need them to set up your line. Each time was told a 15 minute wait. Each time was over 45 minutes. They will check out people while helping others. But not assist customers there with quick service tasks. Each time they activated the phone it took 2-3 minutes with them. Timed how long they spent assisting checking people out 4-5 minutes to assist, get products, and ring them up. Bradley was very helpful and showed me all my options available. Even stayed late to help me setup my new phone. Definitely recommend him if you are going to this location
