Staff here is clueless when it comes to support. They do not even know how to do a hard reset on a Samsung phone. They will certainly be quick to ask you about an upgrade though. Deal with T-Mobile online and avoid this scam of a retail place.
Started new service. Was told via email my new phone was ready for pickup via email. Went during my lunch to pick it up, from Statesville in Mooresville. Checked in and was told to wait. Associate finally came back to help. Took a while scanning in my Driver's license. Asked if it was a new service and if I was transferring numbers, I said yes to both. Please be very careful when going to this store. Their employees are not trained, and they are not honest. They will intentionally put you in a difficult situation. If you plan to upgrade your phone, make sure to have them check the condition of your current phone first. They may run you through the upgrade process for hours, only to check your trade-in at the last minute and tell you it's not eligible. This often forces you to upgrade your plan to get 5G.
