T Mobile has the worst customer service in the world. You can never reach a U.S.A based customer service representative to express your concerns. I was with Sprint for over 20 years and never experienced what I'm going through now. I purchased a brand new Samsung S 22 ultra and it has not operated properly since I had it. Chris was one of the best sales associates I've ever encountered. He made it his mission to get me what I needed and answered all my questions. I came to this store from another one where no one wanted to sell me a phone. I was frustrated and on the verge of switching carriers before I even started with T-Mobile. That changed when Chris saved the day. Everyone in this store was super nice and now than willing to help even though it was crazy busy in there. Thanks, man! ���
