My phone was out of control pop ups every three seconds. I was EXTREMELY frustrated. I took my phone to T Mobile in Mac Arthur Center,Taylor was/is a BLESSING. She was professional and fixed my problem swiftly. To whom it may concern... Give that woman a raise.
I came to the day at 14 noon and found a black man who didn't help me with anything. I wanted an iPhone 16 and he told me that I should change the number. He doesn't want an assistant. I don't advise you to go to this place.
today Josh was very helpful in helping me decide on my new phone. He also took time to explain the benefits of giving T-mobile internet service a try. he set up everything for me so that i could just plug it in at home. I noticed while waiting another salesman patiently trying to find a solution for another customer who really didn’t know how to explain her iCloud problem however he was very helpful and professional.
It’s Sunday and there are only 2 employees helping out customers. There’s no cashier to check out customers, and 5 people waiting to get help. You guys either hire more people to check out customers, or implement self check out. TMobile doesn’t respect their customers time, and it’s a shame!
