Wish some of the young employees there had more experience. Disappointed having to call a Tmobile representative after going into the store to have my bill issues "resolved". I've never had issues with tmobile before until this store. I've learned to just call in instead to save me the trouble of going down to the store fixing those young kids mistakes. At least the person on the phone knew what she was doing, and gave me great customer service. She was more helpful then the guy who was "helping" me. Sad to say.
Repeatedly lied to me that they would pay off phone balance by switching from another carrier. Still dealing with it after four months. Think twice before switching. T-Mobile is not true to their word, and double check what the employees say, they lie.
I went in to purchase a new screen protector, of course they did not have it. I have been with T mobile for 7 years and the lady directed me to go to verizon or at&t. I was shocked because I am a tmobile customer and she would rather send me else where than try to help find me one. Maybe it is time to switch carriers.
Always friendly, knowledgeable and fun! These guys try to get me the best deals without being overly pushy about spending money. My favorite store!
