They sent my iPhone back twice and today can't even answer the phone. . They never text my working phone to tell me my other phone was there and just decided to send it back. .. incompetence at its finest. . That's how a loyal customer for 10 yrs gets treated. ..over 45 days without a phone I'm paying for
Was told there was a 10 minute wait only to be sitting there for almost 45 minutes and still didn't get anything done.
Store is full of misleading liars who don't disclose all information that they should. They totally screwed over my family just to make a sale. You guys suck! Seriously suck!!!
