Thinking of upgrading my phone. I called the Lakewood TMobile store. The guy on the phone was SO RUDE. I was trying to ask a simple question and he kept telling me how busy he was. That if I wanted his help I'd have to come in there's an hour wait. I tried to ask my question again. Super disappointed. Been a TMobile customer for 18 years. Went to get a charger after my iPhone charger stopped working. The minute I walked in the guy hardly looked at me & told me it would be a 30 minute wait. When I told him I was just there for a charger, he rudely pointed to all of the people waiting around (I'm assuming to buy phones) & told me they were all waiting & it would be 30 minutes. Left & went & got two Belkin chargers at Ross for $10/each.
