Bought a phone brand new approx 4 months ago the battery went bad t-mobile would not stand behind the phone they sold.
Worst customer service I've every experienced. Even the customer service rep I called, agreed with how horrible they are. The manager Carrie, needs some serious retraining. She doesn't listen, she's rude, and treated me so poorly. I will never come her until they handle their manager.
I went to the t-mobile store in Bonny lake the manager steffine helped me out. She was very nice stayed with me to fix my problem any time I go there I will ask for her.
I absolutely will not be a customer if the service reps continue to lie! I've been with t-mobile for almost 15 years but that's about to be thrown out the window!
