I have never received such terrible service, rude and disrespectful from May...who actually trains others! I was told by 611 to go to the store, who set my account up wrong to begin with, then Ms. may informed me I HAD to call 611. would NOT listen to the fact that 611 sent me to her store. I called 611 and was informed she wouldn't speak to them and furthermore did NOT work for customer service. that's pretty obvious. you should be ashamed to have people like this as your employee much less running a store. Fantastic young men working here that are very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the plans and devises. They have the store well stocked with all the new phones, tablets, chargers and cases. Go here and check it out! Ramiro was spectacular in the way he handled our transactions. Ricardo was also instrumental in making sure all went smooth for us as we switched from Verizon to T Mobile. I LOVE this store. Georgie is super awesome and always remembers my boyfriend and I. Everyone is knowledgable and friendly.

Unfortunately, this is the closest T-Mobile location to my house. Every time I come into this store, the "men" working there are condescending asses and are helpful with absolutely NOTHING. They have never once been able to help me with what I needed when coming into the store. Waste of time and gas since all they can do is give me numbers and websites where I can "get help."
