I walked into store and was ignored for at least 5 minutes before i was even asked if i was with anyone or needed help they couldnt help me with 2 of the issues i walked in thete for and the 3rd was fixed until i left then it came back again so now ive gotta go back thete again
I was able to get the phones my kids wanted without any problems... phones are expensive but only the ones that are most popular.. but the guys try to work their magic so you walk out of there with what you came to get... great store and will keep going... good job guys..
All the guys and one special lady who works there rock I recommend people there all the time and love this store keep up the great job guys would've gave 100 stars but was only allowed five xoxox super happy cutomer rite here�
Everything I was told was complete opposite of what the truth was. They tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you out the door and pockets empty. Been waiting for a month for a warranty exchange phone. Was told in store by the new store manager that it gets shipped over night and lone and behold they were wrong yet again. It actually takes 7-10 business days from the day it is shipped. Hopefully I'll have my phone by next week. I should have never switched from cricket. The worst decision I could have ever made.
