I have no issues with products or online applications. However, in store service has dwindled in this type of industry in reference to face to face sales. Very specifically on 75th Ave and Thunderbird a woman salesman lied through her teeth to try and make a sale on a Samsung watch claiming it came in the mail in 2 to 3 days when in reality the date of arrival was much further out, the price change on my bill was also inaccurate so I was forced to cancel.
