This store used to be helpful and friendly, but now the employees are rude and disrespectful. It is painfully obvious that they do not want to be there and they most definitely don't want to provide good customer service. Save yourself the headache and the rip off and go somewhere else.
Buyer beware! Do not buy anything from this store. I went in to get a post-paid account for international travel. The agent promised I could get a pre-paid account for $40, and it would let me call and use data overseas. Within an hour of leaving the store, I found out that was incorrect. A prepaid account will not cover calls from overseas. T-Mobile corporate confirmed that our prepaid plan wouldn't work for my needs.
