T-mobile took over Sprint but they don’t know anything about Sprint customers. I waited 90 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t help me and that I need to go to ANOTHER T-mobile location. This location is horrible and I will NEVER go there again.
if all you want is a phone they may be great but anything other than that good luck. any kind of question is greeted with rudeness, unhelpful actions where they then walk away and you have to call corporate to figure out what is going on.

Bought a brand new phone, 6 months later it overheats which was apparently a common issue. So me, having the warranty and insurance goes to the store to get my broken phone replaced/fixed. Yeah no, instead they sent a broken and dirty replacement worst off then my current phone and when I asked to have them order a new phone. I simply get told its whatever the manufacturer sends. Like are you serious?!?!?! Crappy company and crappy customer service.
I love T - mobile I have been with different companies in the past but since I've been with them I have had the best success in my phones, the service and wonderful customer service and I plan on staying with t mobile from here out I highly recommend them to friends and family, and I'm sure you would agree they are always on top of any problems that you may have and always make things right for all purposes I'm a proud customer and in courage whomever is looking for a new phone and services to go to t mobile!
