Ehhh I drive the extra mile to go to a different store than this one. Nothing is ever in stock. I don't waste my time at this location when another location can get things going quick and efficiently without hassle.

This store has a sign posted that says "state or local ordinance requires that all guests wear a mask at all times". This is factually incorrect, as no current state or local ordinances require this. On my first of two visits, I was not required to wear a mask, but when I returned later the same day an unpleasant employee insisted that he could not help me unless I wore a mask. This store locations is one of the good ones with real people. I went in the store tonight and needing a new phone and plan but don't have a lot of Money and the gentlemen could tell I was stressed. He went out of his way to find me a good phone and service but with every discount he could find. I felt blessed that he had so much compassion for another person. I've been with T Mobile for about 10yrs, no problems with the company at all for real. I think I've always had good trips to the stores as well as phone calls.
