T-Mobile is the WORST I absolutely hate t-mobile! It didnt used to be like this though. Ive been with them for 2 years and the 1st year was fine but now, I just got a new phone (G1) 2 months ago and have already had it replaced because of a defect and now, its acting up again..it says i have no network connection and I cant even log into my account which means my phone is useless right now. Never a problem I have had T mobile for two years now and have expereince very little problems with them.They exchange my old phone out for new one each year and they take care of me isnt that how it is suppose to be?
Poor srevice I decided to go to tmobile when my contract with another mobile carrirer expired.The phone dropped most of my calls all the time and was very frustrating.I was charged extra for things that i didnt have ,was supposed to get free nights and weekends and was being charged for certain nights and weekends.After calling customer service and getting no help i decided to just let the phone go.Id never go back to them.
