Waited for over an hour to get my sim card replaced in an extremely grating lobby full of employees who are required to try to drag out every single process to milk customers of the maximum possible amount of money through extremely dubious sales tactics, only for them to not even be able to replace my SIM card because I'm not listed on the account that my phone is literally hooked up to. If you have any possible avenue to avoid this experience you should take it
