I came in to buy an iphone 11 max and the tmobile employee named "Gaudy" was rude, very rude and extremely bossy...... I will never give them my business again and Ive been a tmobile customer for 2 years and never had a late payment but was treated like a child and a common criminal. everyone else who worked there seemed suprised by her actions and were very nice. its sad she is allowed to treat her customers like garbage and lost her store $1200+ in sales today plus much more over the future years. Liars and idiots. I was told that I would have full 4G service. I don't.
I would like to express my gratitude to Shaine Dunn for his outstanding service and exceptional "people scales". I would like to share my story about what has happen on August 13, 2015. I've entered the store being so stressed because my service was just cancelled by one unprofessional customer service rep after 16 years. ( my monthly bill wasn't even due yet).
