Alexus was the best
I am writing this review because I truly believe feedback helps businesses grow and improve. My husband and I visited this location to get a phone, expecting a professional and supportive experience. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we felt completely disregarded. No one greeted us or acknowledged us. People here always have an attitude, aren’t patient enough and aren’t competent to work in this environment. Been a customer for years and it’s always the same bs with them.
Came in for new phone upgrade for son, left with us both doing it. Great attitude from the staff. They recognized that when it was getting busy they immediately started a list to keep everyone organized. The gentleman who helped us was very good. Hit me with changing my plan and handled my grilling of him on why I wasn't going to, but he showed me how and reassured me it truly will ne unlimited and does not affect performance, I had to say yes. This store on 66th and Richfield this store manager I believe his name is French whoever owned this store, keep this guy there.you will lose a lot of business. He's not there to follow the mobile policy. He's there to violates the policy
