Jumped carriers over to T-Mobile. The process could not have gone smoother. I was in and out in about an hour and I was very pleased with the store manager, Isaac, who was assisting me. Between getting my issue taken care, the manager Isaac, was walking around and helping his associates with their customers if they were having issues. This has to be the absolute worst T-Mobile I have ever been to. Went in a couple weeks ago to file a warranty claim. When I arrived at the store, I stood there for over 15 minutes. There were 2 people, each helping a customer. Nobody said anything to me, or even acknowledged me. Finally, I was called over to begin my transaction. The girl Alexus was probably the worst T-Mobile employee Ive ever dealt with.
