Avoid at all costs. They wont fulfill waranty replacements.
I had a very disappointing experience at this T-Mobile store. There was no customer service at all — the staff would not take the time to listen or help. They told me they could not return or exchange my device and said I had to call customer care. When I contacted T-Mobile customer service, they were surprised by what the store told me and explained that the exchange should have been handled in-store. Horrible experience the manager is a latina woman who has terrible communication skills and the staff are also so rude and disrespectful they raise their voices at the clients
