Kimberly and Samantha, were both extremely helpful and patient.
I went there to change my home internet that was not working. I stood there for about 30min and there was not anyone to help me. I had to do diff location where I can get help. Worst experience!!

Jumped carriers over to T-Mobile. The process could not have gone smoother. I was in and out in about an hour and I was very pleased with the store manager, Isaac, who was assisting me. Between getting my issue taken care, the manager Isaac, was walking around and helping his associates with their customers if they were having issues. It was impressive to see someone actually be able to "manage" people. It was busy and there were waits, but everyone was being helped.
