JC MADE AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWING in his past store. I had to pay for a service I was not told about after I got the bill in the mail for past due payment. The past store couldn't help so I had to pay. Very upset.
We got what we needed. But Isabelle had the worst attitude because we weren’t buying anything from her. Not to mention talked to my husband like he was stupid. Literally my husband worked for T-Mobile. We knew what we were talking about and we literally left T-Mobile because we had this god awful customer service. Kyle was talking trash about the phones we literally had in our hands and another gentlemen was visibly gesturing and annoyed about something a customer was saying on the other end of a phone call.
