Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The wait is horrible and only 2 workers everytime. Instead of helping the 3 other people waiting the only 2 workers had to be with one customer for 20+ minutes. Why have two workers if they can only help one person together? Sounds like training is needed if they can’t work on their own..
We went to the T-mobile store on 88th ave near Home Depot and they SUCKED! We then visited the T-mobile store on Bradburn Blvd and talked to Chris G. OMG what a HUGE difference he made. He did NOT have an attitude and was very helpful in helping us set up our security camera that needed its own line. Chris was very polite and helpful in getting this set up. If you go to this location ask for Chris you will not be sorry that you did. :) Thanks Chris for all your help!
I just to go to this store for a good customer!,but I don't know what happened with all the good employees I went Sunday and this white guy with a curly hair he didn't want to help me with my new phone I think he isn't happy I don't think he gets a good pay he is the worst t mobile employee I ever see ..I am a 23 years T-Mobile customer and this is the first time someone treat me like that. Poor customer service i will never go back to the location.
I visited the store to cancel my daughter's smartwatch line. While I was there, I asked whether there were any current promotions on iPhones. The sales representative told me that I could receive an iPhone E at no cost if I added a new phone line, which would cost approximately $60 per month. Before agreeing, I specifically confirmed the promotion with the representative. Based on that information, I added the new line and accepted the phone.
