Do yourself a favor and go up to the T Mobile company retail store at the Orchard Mall. This is only an authorized dealer and as such doesn’t operate the same standards nor will provide the same depth or quality of service as a company store. We’ve found the service here spotty, haven’t felt that the level of expertise up to the standards needed to handle our questions or needs, and most importantly you leave not feeling that the full backing of the T Mobile company isn’t working for or supporting you. This t mobile needs to be investigated by the attorney general and FCC for predatory business practices. Went in to simply hook up a watch that I purchased online. I was told they were unable to hook it up, although it was a brand new galaxy 8 watch (unlock and new in box). The gal turned around and sold me two new galaxy watches on a promotion, stating that they would only be twenty bucks a month. JC MADE AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWING in his past store. I had to pay for a service I was not told about after I got the bill in the mail for past due payment. The past store couldn't help so I had to pay. Very upset.
