Worst ever Nick and the crew lost a phone they we supposed to return and couldn't refund me for their mistakes. I hate T-Mobile
Horrible service. They Don't even know how to activate their own products/bundle deals for people correctly.
I’m so thankful for Nick’s expertise, patience, and integrity. He went above and beyond when my wife and I moved a business account from Verizon to T-Mobile which was complicated by many lines/devices. Nick patiently supported us and intervened when the T-Mobile rebate became stuck by internal processes. T-Mobile, please recognize this outstanding employee.
My husband and I came into this store to upgrade our phones. Turns out the phones they sold us had less GB than our old phones and we've been having problems with not having enough space since then. I was told by the corporate office that only the manager of the store we got them from could authorize us to get a different phone (since it had been muchlonger than they allow for returns...but we didnt realize we had a problem until the space ran out).
