Unbelievable!!! This store is way below what T-Mobile offers. 1st, there is barely any inventory to choose from. 2nd, the sales reps don’t seem to understand the concept of “customer service”. When you have frustrated customer calling and asks to speak to the manager, you usually get to talk to the manager. Not here! I was told NO! Then I asked for the store managers supervisor’s name and the “lovely lady” on the phone said she didn’t know.
