I’m not sure where T-Mobile finds their employees, but some basic customer service training would go a long way. I’m generally very understanding when businesses make mistakes. Things happen, and I’m usually happy to be patient as long as the issue is handled with some accountability and courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Dianne at River Point is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The service was SO FAST AND FRIENDLY! We talked personally and she was just the sweetest most professional lady I have met in so long. It made my whole day going there to pick up this new phone and she made my bad day so much better. It makes me so happy to be a NEW T-Mobile customer because I’m going to get service like that.

Pls get this back to corporate I have no soliciting signs for a Littleton area home (Bowles and s federal) and yet still had 2 salesmen knock on my door and try to get me to sign up for fiber/ new services, next time a t mobile rep solicits me on my property despite having no soliciting signs (2 of them) we will be having legal words Thanks (please learn how to train your door to door ppl better)
I am very disappointed with this specific T-Mobile store and the customer service I received. I visited the store to add a line to my account and explained my situation in detail. The representative informed me that I would need to switch plans and assured me that all lines on the new plan would be $35 per month. Based on that information, I agreed to make the change.
