Went into this T-Mobile, got helped right away by Jazmine, very nice young lady. We bought a home Internet with her. She was super clear, made everything so fast and simple.

I stopped in, as I was curious about T-Mobile WiFi because they are my phone carrier, and the service is solid. It took a few minutes for anyone to even check me in before I was told that it was a ten-minute wait. Fifteen minutes later, no one had helped me. Marcela is the best! I stopped by this store on the way home one day for help with my watch and she figured it all out for me. So fast, efficient, kind and caring. I now drive out of my way to come to this store for any tech help that I need. T-Mobile is so lucky to have an amazing employee like her!
