Horrible service my husband is ESL and Hard of hearing. He went into the store to upgrade my phone because THEIR repair company fixed a cracked screen but returned the phone with NO audio and then wiped their hands and told me there was nothing more they could do the phone was now broken. I went to the River Point Pkwy store to upgrade my phone and I was helped by Areli J. and I feel like she deserves a good review and recognition for her excellent customer service and helpful attitude. Also, she didn't miss a beat. She got everything done perfectly and even helped me apply for a new credit card, which is something Ive been wanting to do but haven't had time to get done. Don’t go to this location unless you want five people to be goofing off when you walk in, just for all of the free associates to suddenly disappear to the break room and leave you waiting, probably to do rock-paper-scissors on who has to “deal with” the customer.
