Ramon was very helpful and considerate.
Bad service went to go get my Brand new phone switched over 30 mins before they close and girl looks at me thru the door and don’t open for help get this tho a t and t was open and they close at same time but was full with people helping them out might as well switch over

Please avoid the store at all costs! My husband and I purchased a family plan in October of 2025, because we were told that they had a family promotion and that my previous phone will be paid off that I owed on through Verizon. I never received that credit and Verizon sent me to the creditors because the gift card was never issued from T-Mobile to pay off my prior device.
