Not helpful at all
Terrible customer service. I went in and had some questions. The agent rushed me out with answers but yet took the time with others. He said I wasn't eligible for a new phone. Well I go on the app and guess what, not only am I eligible for a new phone, they are shipping the latest Samsung galaxy s26. Maybe because im rastafari. But yeah. Terrible service. Ive been with T-Mobile for more than 20 years. He should never be allowed to work with people.

Ramon had me in and out of there within an hour. Highly recommend!
I came and got a new phone and a fantastic experience. Ramon was extremely helpful and got my transfer over and I was taken of from start to finish. The staff was friendly and I will be back!
