Best service from Ramon and Dianne I've ever had with T-Mobile. I'm a very satisfied customer. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Also, Ramon did a great job helping me figure out what phone to get. Both in my budget and easy to use.
Stepped in today with hopes of switching over to T-Mobile and upgrade our devices. Ramon was incredibly helpful. We especially appreciated that he was not pushy at all. Yes, he did explain promotions to us and tried to upsell, but when we declined additional services or products he was very respectful and didn’t push on it. That makes for a positive experience! A pushy salesman easily can make the experience unbearable. Thank you Ramon for your attentive and respectful help!!!
