I had a wonderful experience once again with T-Mobile at River Point. Dymanae Nicholson and Manager Dianne Roberts where nothing but total professionals. They went over and beyond in helping me get a new phone and a new line. Wow, I watched them help others before me and they made everyone feel very special. Great store, great staff. Maria is very helpful and knows her stuff.
Came in to get the advertised $10 hotspot internet plan, TMobile added extra lines I didn't ask for and immediately started charging $45 on the very first bill. Don't even have any equipment from them. They were straight up stealing money out of my checking account. Took many hours to just cancel the accounts.
