I've been in this store before, but I did a Google search on this and this came up but I will give this store in good review. I enjoy the T-Mobile experience in their stores.
She is by far the most knowledgeable, kindest and efficient rep I've encountered at tmobil.
5 stars because we like working with Alberto P. He is excellent!
I walked into the store to get help setting up my kids Sync Up watch, and I really appreciate Alberto taking the time to help us get it all setup. He was kind and extremely patient with me. Also he informed me of my account credit balance and what promotions I can take advantage of. He is such a great person, and I’ll be back here to make future purchases.
Personnel were knowledgeable & helpful.
