Every time i've tried going to this store , I have been treated like a worthless stranger when ive gone to this location needing help for the service.I pay way too much for just be told how they can't help me! You horrible inability to help your paying customers has led me to go to Verizon this weekend to switch my family's entire service and even pay less. You as a company should be ashamed of your customer service. Sickening
I've been a T-Mobile customer for well over 8 years now as far as I'm concerned they're the best.
I had a difficult experience breaking my original phone. 3 days later, i went into this store and Steve O. Took care of me. The guy is a good guy. He helped me transfer my data into my new phone. Thanks again Steve O.
This is absolutely the worst T-Mobile store. It’s an authorized dealer which means they really aren’t employed by corporate. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I came in and turned into iPhone 11’s for two free iPhone 16, which weren’t free. The manager of the store apparently is the only person in the whole world that can help me and he’s on paternity leave for the last three months. Do not believe anything they say in the store.
