Pls get this back to corporate I have no soliciting signs for a Littleton area home (Bowles and s federal) and yet still had 2 salesmen knock on my door and try to get me to sign up for fiber/ new services, next time a t mobile rep solicits me on my property despite having no soliciting signs (2 of them) we will be having legal words Thanks (please learn how to train your door to door ppl better)
I had a positive experience thanks to Alberto. He was incredibly caring and patient. Even while being the only representative in the store and handling a rush of people, he continued to provide, thoughtful, attentive help. It's rare to find conscientious people working in customer service these days so I thought he deserves a shoutout.
