I walked into the store to get help setting up my kids Sync Up watch, and I really appreciate Alberto taking the time to help us get it all setup. He was kind and extremely patient with me. Also he informed me of my account credit balance and what promotions I can take advantage of. He is such a great person, and I’ll be back here to make future purchases.

The Retail Sales Representative Rhay Trujillo has outstanding customer service skills. All of my issues were addressed and resolved with care. Thank you Rhae. UNFORTUNATELY I have to adjust my review. This store wrecked my account and tripled my bill. They promised to correct their mistakes and credit my bill which never happened. Please be CAUTIOUS with this location because they have no integrity. I am now stuck with a $430.00 bill.
