I had a difficult experience breaking my original phone. 3 days later, i went into this store and Steve O. Took care of me. The guy is a good guy. He helped me transfer my data into my new phone. Thanks again Steve O.
This is absolutely the worst T-Mobile store. It’s an authorized dealer which means they really aren’t employed by corporate. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I came in and turned into iPhone 11’s for two free iPhone 16, which weren’t free. The manager of the store apparently is the only person in the whole world that can help me and he’s on paternity leave for the last three months. Do not believe anything they say in the store. I just wanted to take the time that Steve O, the sales representative of T-Mobile is super knowledgeable in all aspects of cell phones and he covers all plans and contracts with details, his expertise was above and beyond. I my self being in customer service for 26 years, we need more people like this in the industry, he needs a promotion to management or store manager... Thank you so much for the service Steve O, I'll be sending more people your way....
I've been in this store before, but I did a Google search on this and this came up but I will give this store in good review. I enjoy the T-Mobile experience in their stores.
