Gavyn was extremely patient and helpful with my purchase and transfer from another compamy to T Mobile I would highly recommend him for phone help and purchases. I'm so glad he helped me with it all. Rhay also helped and the two were so kind and understanding of my limited text knowledge.
Before walking into this location my bill was completely wrong , overcharged and my service had been suspended. I came in not sure if I was in for a battle. Mark, one of the managers was incredible. He was immediately courteous and listened to my problems. He showed intellect and common sense when dealing with my issues. Thanks to Mark I received comprehensive resolution and left the store a happy customer with intentions of returning, as well as spreading the word to others about my positive experience . Thanks, Mark !
