I’ve been to this location three times and there was an issue 2 out of the three times. I’m convinced that this is the location that houses the rejects. Went in today, visit number 3 to turn in my phone since I recently upgraded. The young lady did not seem to know what she was doing at all and would not ask for help. After being in the store for close to 10 minutes without a resolution, I just left. I just can’t imagine how hard it is to enter the info needed to turn in a device. I’ll never go to this location again!!

The ladies who were working at this location on Saturday July 8th were absolutely awesome! My only suggestion would be to add one more worker on Saturday afternoons. I know those ladies could handle it but maybe having someone around to answer simple questions would be helpful so customers don't have to wait while someone else is upgrading to a new phone. Great service!
