Completely lied to make a sale. I had an iPhone 6S PLUS when I swapped from Verizon to T Mobile, and they talked me into joining the "JUMP!" program where I could get the LG K20 PLus for 90 days, pay a certain amount a month, and come trade it in on an iPhone 8PLUS with no down payment. T-Mobile keeps running advertisements on their coverage and service....... I havent had T-Mobile since I was a teenager because they sucked so bad! WELL LET ME TELL YOU THIS!........ they still suck! i'm five minutes away from town and can not get one freakin bar on my phone! switching service to Verizon asap. i don't know what i was thinking... smh
