fire the whole staff. they refused to help get a paid for phone unlocked. got extremely rude doing so, made up laws about the unlocking process. p.s. if u read this store employee the phone's are now unlocked mins later...
This was really a nice experience! I used to work as consultant for DT in 4 different countries in Europe and it is great to see that higher standard is kept globally. Gabe was so nice friendly and competent... I wanted to buy less and ended up buying more;) good sales techniques. ABC-always be closing!

The store manager at this location is awesome! He will do everything he can to help you with a smile on his face. But unfortunately some of the other staff members have terrible attitudes and no customer service!
Signal sucks . People in the office is great, haven't had a problem since I started going 2 the one in saraland to pay, except for no service at our home , right behind tmobile
