LIARS! – i went there yesterday, and they told me the phone was getting there was going to be $50 with 100 rebate. i was cool with that. today i went to tmobile, in gresham. and the deal there was $100 and $50 rebate. they called the mall205 tmobile. and the guy said HE NEVER TOLD ME THIS. IM SO MAD. I want my phone.
Rude Employees! – I went in about a week ago to ask a simple question about my new phone i purchased. The lady thats was "helping" me was really rude. When i asked her "why did i get two sim cards?" She answers "I don't know" in a very rude way, as if she didn't care. She was really stuck up and did not help me at all and when I passed her my phone to ask if I can return it, she said "NO!" like she was yelling at me and threw the box with the phone inside back at me. Beware- Inexperienced Sales People who will lie to make a sale – Not impressed at all with this T-Mobile branch. The worst customer service I've come across in a long time - sales people sold me items telling me they do one thing, got them home and they did not perform as promised (this happened 2 times with no apology). Exceptionally rude when I returned. There are too many good companies out there to waste your money at this place.
