Phone broke. I had to wait outside 20 minutes before they opened , super desperate and the people help me out and I appreciate it. Thank you for your competency.
Came in today around 12:50pm for help replacing a SIM card that I had lost. The two gentlemen (including Dion, I believe) that helped me provided absolutely world class customer service. They were friendly, understanding, and super patient with me. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and assistance, and the for absolute best customer service.
I had the amazing opportunity to work with Dion! He was quick, helpful, knowledgeable and had me laughing the whole time. Going to a phone store isn’t always a fun experience but he made sure not only to take care of me and everything I came in for but he went above and beyond to make sure I was saving money and was able to add an extra device at no extra cost once he helped me adjust my account. I left with a huge smile on my face and will highly recommend coming into see DION!!!! Thank you Dion!!
Went in today and was assisted by an employee named Christopher. Assisted is too strong of a word because this employee didn't have any answers at all and completely wasted my time. I had to intervene several times to help him find certain settings on my phone. Since he didn't know anything about my new iPhone and how to set it up properly, I figured maybe he'd be able to answer questions about my T-Mobile account in the meantime. Nope. Great customer service. Great store. My only gripe is their hours. Limited staff so you could show up and they are at lunch for 35 minutes. Today, at 11AM, they are not open yet. It's Tuesday at 11AM!
