Politely told me they were unwilling to help me. I just wanted to replace the broken screen protector on my phone. Won’t be back.
went to the store and try to upgrade my phone. The employee tried to scam me, as she said I must purchase the lost damage coverage insurance in order to get upgrade promotion. She mentioned this insurance can be cancelled after 4 months. That's about $50 per month for insurance. I searched ChatGPT, and this is scam. Reported this case to Tmobile and confirmed insurance is option only not mandatory. I send complain to General Attorney of Consumer. Just be aware.
Phone broke. I had to wait outside 20 minutes before they opened , super desperate and the people help me out and I appreciate it. Thank you for your competency.
Came in today around 12:50pm for help replacing a SIM card that I had lost. The two gentlemen (including Dion, I believe) that helped me provided absolutely world class customer service. They were friendly, understanding, and super patient with me. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and assistance, and the for absolute best customer service.
I had the amazing opportunity to work with Dion! He was quick, helpful, knowledgeable and had me laughing the whole time. Going to a phone store isn’t always a fun experience but he made sure not only to take care of me and everything I came in for but he went above and beyond to make sure I was saving money and was able to add an extra device at no extra cost once he helped me adjust my account. I left with a huge smile on my face and will highly recommend coming into see DION!!!! Thank you Dion!!
