Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Worst ever! I was told my representative Breamy that a phone I had was indeed paid off as I thought and she used it to give trade-in credit. Come to find out, it isn't and it's still being charged for. She lied! Used it as a trade in even though she said you couldn't if it wasn't paid off. I call customer care and they say there is nothing to do. The Supervisor at customer care says they are going to contact the store manager. A lot of good that will do.
