Waiting in line The staff is informative and helpful. The three times I have gone into this location they have been understaffed. Each time I had to wait in line more than 30 minutes.
Excellent Customer Service This T Mobile store is very helpful and staff are friendly and knowledge. They are good about explaining all the details of each plan and helping you with any problems you may have with service or phones. Parking is plentyful...you will always find a place to park. I think this mobile company has the best prices out there.
