Gone to this location for years, no major issues until today. Long story short, we were told to go back to another in district T-Mobile so they could fix a problem, or we could pay another $300, and start all over with them--which would include sending a new phone back for no reason other than ordering the exact same one back through them. New phone has no issues, issue is they didn't set up the return info for the trade in phone. Get tired of my bill creeping up but can always go to this location and they are so helpful to straighten things out. Don't go to third party T-Mobile stores like the one at the mall. They are on commission and give you false info to influence your decision. So I'm giving THIS LOCATION 4 stars.
Had an awful experice here a week or so ago. Will never go into this location again. Staff is rude and treated me like I didnt matter. I like to spend my money where I feel valued.
Their service sucks and is really really horrible I would not recommend it to anyone
