Not only was the gentleman very helpful and informative but he said I have a old plan and need to call customer service and have it changed so I did and our bill dropped by $40 and we still have unlimited everything. Superb customer service by this gentleman just wished I knew his name. I do know he drives from Tulsa if that helps because he deserves to be recognized for outstanding and professional customer service
