If I could give 0 stars I would! The sales associate who sold me my phone and convinced me to switch from Verizon to T Mobile blatantly lied to my face regarding what specials were going on just to make a sale. He told me that they would buy out my old plan through Verizon, wrote down directions on how to get my reimbursement and everything was a lie.
