I wish I could give this rating negative stars. Don't use T-mobile. They will mislead you, lie to you and cheat you. I have yet to speak to one person at this store who knows what they are talking about or they have just been trained to say what they think you want to hear whether it's the truth or not.

Horrible service, I wish I had never changed, now I am stuck paying for a phone anyways I barely used because yalls service was so bad , I had to switch back to my other carrier, , I am a subsitute teacher and rely heavily on my phone to get teaching assignments and I missed out on many , I guess that old saying is true you get what you pay for and I would not recommend T-mobile to anyone!
I can't say it's this particular location. What I can say us the service is not all that, and the customer service is horrible. I get nothing but inconsistent info. T mobile won't ever get any more of my money
