RecommendedT-mobile is a great company to have a cellphone through cuz they are reliable.
The beginning of this month I switched carriers to T-mobile with the store manager who’s name is Jimary who works at the T-Mobile store on 3303 s state st SLC. T-Mobile has given me the wrong cell, the wrong set up and I have tried fixing it but #TMobileisascam! This started in December and they still haven’t fixed it but they keep charging me! Not to mention doubling my bill as well and overcharging but never giving me what I asked for or keeping their thirty day policy! So now I am taking them to court! After having a very bad experience at another T-mobile store location, I came to this location to try and get things sorted out. The employees and the supervisor were especially helpful and friendly. I was in and out of the store in short order with everything I required. Very impressed, especially compared to the shady used care salesman-esque service I got from the staff at the Location just off 1300E.
The most awesome people here. They'll get you set up and all. Great customer service. I had fun getting my new phone and service!
