I just went in to buy a Samsung Galaxy s10+ and so did my husband. Little did we know, the s10+ COMES WITH A SCREEN PROTECTOR ALREADY ON IT. The guy helping us, his name was Isom, didn't even tell us and talked us into spending $60 for other screen protectors. He took off the pre-installed screen protectors and put the other ones on while we were distracted. So word to the wise, s10's come with screen protectors AND DONT TRUST THIS STORE.
Awful costumer service. Manager of the store needs some real costumer service. Your 1800 people need better communication with all your local stores. They love to pass the bucket on each other.
This is the only T-mobile I will go to! Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly especially Logan! He was extremely helpful in a potentially frustrating situation, he made all the difference! Thank you!!!
