Baldo was great
Worst tmobile outlet i have ever been to. Those sales person are ignorant. I went to this outlet past three times, service was always the same even with the different representatives. Leaving Tmobile after 4 and half years because of this store.
I had an issue with too many voicemails and my model of phone would not allow me to turn off the service. Alex was very helpful, and cured the problem in minutes. This is my second time at this store and I couldn't be happier with the service.
WARNING BEWARE, got credits of $1,500 and swore I had a backwards day, getting out of our crappy cell phone service now, shopping around and leave it to t-mobile to use your credits and say you still owe $800 to switch over?? RIPOFF DO NOT GO THERE, JUAN THE MANAGER WILL SELL YOU A THE BEST DEAL OF YOUR LIFE, MAKE IT SOUND SO GOOD AND YOUR GETTING THE BEST OF THE BEST, so I wanted my 8 payed off lines and phones switched over and two new phones updated from iPhone 14 Pro to iphone 17 pros, they tried to make us pay for the t... read more
