I’ve been with T-Mobile for 5 years. I have five iPhones, 2 iPads, 2 watches , & home internet. Happen to be in Ogden today needing a new screen protector. After waiting for ever we finally got helped. They tried putting the cheap screen protector on my phone because the last time I got it replaced they didn’t have the better one in stock. This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to. They were so rude Alex was not helpful at all. I’ve been with T-mobile for 6 years and been to lots of locations and this is by far hands down the worst. I came in for a screen protector and charger while I was in Ogden for my daughters Cheer comp and not only was the wait long, but there was three employees in there and they were all acting like they were put out to be doing their job jobs. Never get the help I am asking for. The many times I have come to this location I get empty promises. Yesterday I did come and left taken care of. Today came and let down.
