5 years ago their customer service used to be amazing. I switched over a year ago and regret it every time I need help.
My mother in law Went in in February to get a new phone the agent added two extra numbers to our line that was never discussed and it caused our bill to double we’ve gone in and called in multiple times to get help getting these lines off our plan And our plan fixed each time we’re told it’s fixed and we should see a credit well our bill comes still not taken off and still no credit. It’s now June and we are still dealing with this issue. Been with t mobile for 10 years n this experience has been the worst.
