If you want to waste time multiple times waiting in line for unprofessional people who don’t greet you or acknowledge you come in the store! Best slow service you’ll ever get! Staff sit on phones and kick off shoes so the place smells like feet always! Its unprofessional someone who is 3 days new is significantly better at catering to customers better then staff who have been there longer . I’ve wasted my time on a multitude of times t mobile should be ashamed of this location it’s literally TRASH.

Saw some other people also had this issue, but when I went in the sales lady lied and said some weird trackers came with the phone I was buying and that they would be free. However on my next bill I saw that I was in fact being charged for service to the devices and for the devices themselves. The return window was 14 days so I wouldn't have even seen that I was being charged till after I got a bill. Luckily the people at the American Fork location helped me return them anyway. Tmobile itself is great but the salesman lied to me and by the time I noticed on the bill, they said I missed my 14 days and couldn't do anything. Sucks being stuck with an additional charge for 2 years because of a sleasy salesman.
