This is the fourth time I've come to this branch to pick up my phone, and they can't deliver it. Today, the reason was that they don't have the manager's password to retrieve the product. The worst after-sales and warranty experience from T-Mobile.
No one welcomed anyone and while there was a lobby full of people you had an employee outside putting up a sign
The staff, slow, unknowable, and poorly trained.
