These folks really helped me out and were honest.
Super slow service only to be told after waiting over 20 minutes they won't process my trade in.
Would NOT recommend T-Mobile to ANYONE. Customer service was terrible. Communication was not there ever or completely miscommunicated. We had to pay hundreds of dollars of unexpected out of pocket cost and spend weeks in T-Mobile just to get our phones set up and upgraded. They gouge prices compared to other phone services.
