I would give it a 0 star is possible. I’ve had T-Mobile for over 10 years! I went in to remove a service line that I wasn’t using and the girl said to call customer care. She then asked me for my social security number and drivers license to verify my account. I did so and the next day I had a report on my credit that there was a T-Mobile credit card opened under my name. She never even mentioned a credit card at any point! I also never signed anything! In My Opinion, this store is mostly for those that speak Spanish. They are friendly but the communication gap is an issue. I had issues because not everything was understood by both the sales agent and myself. Plus in talking to his supervisor about a transaction on my account, he asked her is SPANISH?!? Then got back to me. I said WHAT are you doing?? So he told me. I said that's good to know. There just seems to be a lot of Spanish spoken in that store. Even between the employees.
