Dishonest with customers. I have had problems with my phone for months. Corporate told me I could trade my phone in with no problems. I went to this store and they said there were no notes from corporate. I called corporate and there are notes. They have horrible customer skills. I have been with them for 10 years and cannot recommend them any longer.
RecommendedWe needed new ear buds. Alex greeted us & was very attentive to helping get the right ones. I would of gotten the wrong kind not even thinking about the plug end. I mentioned to him how I was a TMobile Tuesday fan & was upset I didn’t get a flashlight. He offered to check to see if there were any left. And there was. I was so excited. He didn’t have to even acknowledge my woah about it since Tuesday was well past. He defo went the extra step for me. And seriously made my week. ❤️
After literally spending ALL day (better part of 6 hours) at the T-Mobile store trying to get my 14,000 plus irreplaceable photos off my phone that I broke this morning (screen is totally black and un usable) I am mentally exhausted but Whittney and Kyle were absolutely amazing to work with. 10 out of 10 customer service. Reduce the price of their Protection 360 to match that of Applecare+ thru Apple. Way overpriced.
I have always loved this store but recently when I have gone in a guy named tanner is working there and he treats me like garbage and is completely disrespectful ! As long as he is there I will not be back !
