Adrian L helped me find a phone today and I love it! He was very professional and made sure to listen to what I needed and find the best options for me personally. Didn’t feel pressured just well informed. The whole staff was accommodating.
Horrible. Go with anyone else! They charged me 171 for my bill then a extra 100 for a payment plan after swearing the 171 WOULD not pull. When u try to call customer service all u get is someone who hardly speaks English even though there is a call center here in wichita! They have lied about refund date and screwed up my Bill's for the month causing fees that would not be a issue if they did their job!
Very poor customer service. Closed our account and locked up my mom's phone waiting for an email for 24 hours and said we hadn't paid our balance. Called to ask what balance was and said 0.00. Still going to make her wait 48 hours for another 2 emails even though it was their fault. Do NOT get a plan with T-Mobile even if you're perfect customers they will screw you if they get a chance.... Very disappointed.
I wish I could make it less than one star. They lied to us repeatedly and refused to make the situation right. Now, after waiting more than a month to get the labels to return a piece of equipment we didn't want, no one in the store will help and one employee actually walked away. I will go without service before I ever deal with T Mobile or this location ever again. They could not be more rude or dishonest. Never again.
Bought an s7 edge a few weeks ago and still cant get emails and screen protector was installed improperly . Employee said it would take a few days to cover completely but i knew that was b.s. the second he said it . He didnt even clean the screen first . Went in today to resolve these issues and watched two other customers get waited on that came in after me and i had been waiting 30 minutes .
