Went to the location at West ridge mall. Rob and Michael did an amazing job taking care of my business needs. They were very fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend!!!!
Been waiting the past hour for a warranty exchange because of inventory!?? Why would you do inventory during business hours?!! Serve your customers and stop inconveniencing people that have a tight schedule. It's already an inconvenience enough that I have to drive 20 minutes to your location for a warranty exchage when it could have been sent to my home!! Also funny that I'm being charged yet again for another crap phone that probably has issues just like the last 5 they've sent me previously. Way to go T-Mobile!!!
The t mobile by chipotle created a huge mess and this store tried to help us as much as they could. They also took our issue seriously and even had a meeting about to to make sure this never happened again. I'll be going to this store for now on
The Rep. In there today is lazy and was of no use. In the past I've always enjoyed going in as everyone there always went above and beyond to get my questions answered. To sum up today's visit - he's not a tech he's just paid to take up a lot of store space!
