was at T-Mobile at 10am because that's when store opens. When I got there people were waiting including workers, finally at 10:17am worker who was supposed to open showed up.

We will never use t-mobile again! We changed from AT&T due to lower prices. We had to trade in our iPhones to get t-mobile iPhones with their SIM card. We were told MANY times by the “mobile expert” that T-mobile would pay off our AT&T phones. We were told we would have good coverage at our home. Coverage was poor and we lost calls. After 40 days we went back to AT&T. We had to pay off the t-mobile phones so we could have them unlocked to use with AT&T. Then we got a charge… See more
