@manager Nathan T-Mobile refuses to let you inside store without a mask no matter what reason. No chairs or tables just stand in hot sun. When asked to see a phone I wanted to look at and purchase for elderly mother I was told by a very nice salesman it could not be brought outside. Basically you are discriminating me because of a medical condition.

Disappointing... I like the phone and plan but the customer service is non existent. Too much chit chat while customers stand and wait and wait. It takes two staff to wait on someone. One to do the actual transaction and one to entertain. It's one of those "If I Ran the Zoo" moments.
This store is horrible. Lacks in customer service and understanding of time management. They never acknowledge people that walk in. I have been to the store twice now and waited 20 minutes before I even received a hello. They seriously need new staff and lessons in the importance of handling customers!
