I took my daughter here for a cut and a change. We had decided on bangs and a trim. The bangs was desired to be a bit thin and long enough to cover her eyebrows. After the trim, the bottom right side of her hair was somehow cut looking like a triangle. Even her bangs were choppy too. Half of it was almost an inch shorter than the other half. This was my first experience at TM Salon. I had came here to get my hair done for my senior prom last year. I had shown Thuk a few looks of updos that I had in mind and thought would be a good fit. Then, she started straightening my hair. She kept my hair in between the flat iron while she was searching for a comb. Eventually, she left it there for too long, and ended up burning my hair, as well as her finger. Still, I had an event to attend soon, and let her continue to attempt the updo. This was my first experience at TM Salon. I had came here to get my hair done for my senior prom last year. I had shown Thuk a few looks of updos that I had in mind and thought would be a good fit. I took my 15 old daughter to TM Salon after noticing that this particular salon had quite a good reputation and five star reviews. The environment we were in at the salon was dirty and atrocious. The brushes were all full of hair and arbitrary strings and cotton. Thuk, the hair stylist, started straightening my daughter’s hair after we had explicitly told her not to as my daughter is very cautious of the damage it may due to her hair. I came here for a simple haircut. I told the lady cutting my hair, Thuk, to cut off a few inches and I denied her offer to layer it. As I examined my hair after it was cut, I noticed that she had tried to layer my hair, even though I told her not to, and it turned out uneven and choppy. The back of my hair was long and on top, had a layer of short hair that doesn’t match up. At the front, it started out long and went shorter, which was unpleasant and not asked for.
