They gave an appraisal that was completely unrealistic, because they based it off of a condemned property and only used the one house out of dozens that have sold. Mr. Matthew said it is their practice to compare homes to condemned real estate and would not bother looking at more than one comparable. Just lazy and incompetent real estate service. Completely unreasonable and unhelpful when I called!
