Installed the Carrier heat pump in our new construction town home 2 years ago. Not cooling. Factory defect inside the unit causing all freon to leak out. Called them to see if they could work out something with Carrier since they installed the unit and it has a factory defect. They told me no. They have no interest in taking care of their customers.
Had one of this companies work vans ride my ass on 59 while I was driving 8 miles per hr OVER the limit and about to get in the middle left turn lane. Very, very dangerous and rude!!!! Thursday October 2nd at 3:30 pm going north on 59.
