Let me first start with T&M Heating did not following protocol. T&M Heating was supposed to call when their employee(s) where 30 minutes out. However, T&M Heating rang my door bell without prior notification and when I called the T&M warranty department and spoke with Elizabeth she said she was not aware that they should have called 30 minutes prior to arrival. I'm extremely frustrated with this company's lack of accountability. In May 2024, I reported that my AC wasn't cooling to the set temperature, and they only added refrigerant. When the same issue happened again in October 2024, they said it was an AC coil leak and insisted I had to pay all the fees, despite this being a recurring problem. To make matters worse, my 1-year warranty expired just last month (September 2024), and this issue should have been properly addressed before then. John De Simone and Amanda De Simone purchased a newly built home on July 14, 2023 from DRB homes in Chaple Hill, Newnan GA. T&M was responsible for installing our HVAC unit in the home. At the onset of moving in on July 14, 2023 I have a list of emails spanning almost a year. My concerns were about safety of the unit as power surges and noises were coming from the units installed. D.R.Horton builder please don’t use this cheap company.please don’t…D. R. Horton house buyer you will realize after 1 year of warranty how cheap T & M Heating & Air is.. HORRIBLE means 0 STAR.. hate this t & m’s very cheap material they are using and crazy management
