If I could give this company a less-than review and not even leave 1 star, I would. We haven't even owned our home for more than a year. A Brand new home built by My Home Communities. We have had to call for service on our HVAC system 3 times in 2025, starting in the spring. I recently purchased a home and have been experiencing serious issues with the air conditioning unit installed by this company for the second time this month. The unit is not cooling properly, which is incredibly frustrating, especially in this summer heat. We had a technician come out late (about 5:45 PM) on Thursday evening, but he was unable to detect any problem after 15 minutes and simply advised us not to turn the unit off if it happened again. How is This company in business newly built house and the humidity in my house is high 58 and 60’s. Noticing wall cracks and paint chips in my new house. They told there is nothing they can do.

I called to report my displeasure about my Units which they have came many times and I still experience issues with the units . Elizabeth was very rude , nasty and unpleasant to talk too . She was very unprofessional and even hung up the phone on me without being rude to her .

Let me first start with T&M Heating did not following protocol. T&M Heating was supposed to call when their employee(s) where 30 minutes out. However, T&M Heating rang my door bell without prior notification and when I called the T&M warranty department and spoke with Elizabeth she said she was not aware that they should have called 30 minutes prior to arrival.
