We had to put in a warranty claim, and we were quick to be contacted by T&M to schedule the appointment for the tech to come out, which was same day! Tyler diagnosed the issue quickly and got the unit back in service quickly. He was kind and prompt! Thank you for your hard work!
If I could give this company a less-than review and not even leave 1 star, I would. We haven't even owned our home for more than a year. A Brand new home built by My Home Communities. We have had to call for service on our HVAC system 3 times in 2025, starting in the spring. I recently purchased a home and have been experiencing serious issues with the air conditioning unit installed by this company for the second time this month. The unit is not cooling properly, which is incredibly frustrating, especially in this summer heat. How is This company in business newly built house and the humidity in my house is high 58 and 60’s. Noticing wall cracks and paint chips in my new house. They told there is nothing they can do.
I called to report my displeasure about my Units which they have came many times and I still experience issues with the units . Elizabeth was very rude , nasty and unpleasant to talk too . She was very unprofessional and even hung up the phone on me without being rude to her .
