I'm extremely frustrated with this company's lack of accountability. In May 2024, I reported that my AC wasn't cooling to the set temperature, and they only added refrigerant. When the same issue happened again in October 2024, they said it was an AC coil leak and insisted I had to pay all the fees, despite this being a recurring problem. To make matters worse, my 1-year warranty expired just last month (September 2024), and this issue should have been properly addressed before then. We have been under warranty for heating an air for a year. For a year we complained about the same issue, which is a unequal distribution of air flowing evenly throughout the house. Every time we extended to rectify the issue, they gave us suggestions to fix it, which were expensive at each turn. After we did everything they asked us to do on our end, They still want to charge us to come out and fix the problem while under warranty.
