Great customer service.
Should close this business, I am sorry but that is no way to run a hardware store.
Not letting me in I wanted a paint tape Plus I was waiting for her to open the door for like 10 minutes they should close the business
I love the service this lady provides - she is knowledgeable helpful and down to earth I recommend this hardware store
Horrible business old lady there very rude she discriminated me because I am Mexican wanted to to show her ID to make a purchase on a regular KW1 house key because she said she did not trust my debit card not charging back on her. It was $3.25 I could’ve paid it cash but she was so rude and distasteful that I will never be shopping here again. I worked for Ace Hardware for 5 years so I know customer service this business is the way it is for a reason.
