Very professional service from start to finish. The chimney cleaning was done thoroughly and I appreciated how careful the technician was inside the house. The airflow improved right away and the fireplace burns much cleaner now.
Do not use this company. I was quoted for chimney repair to replace chimney cap, windshield, damper, and patch cracks in stucco for a total of $5000.00. The work began in December, but to date has not been completed. The total amount of $5000.00 was paid in December. The windshield that was part of the quote was not added to the chimney until February. It was installed incorrectly, allowing ash to blow back into the house, and was also left unpainted.
