Awesome customer service!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this janitorial company. They picked up my unit in October and did not return it until February 17th — nearly five months later. Even after finally getting it back, the unit is still not working. Throughout this entire process, communication has been terrible. T&M Services has cleaned our office campus for years and we’re very satisfied with their work. If something ever comes up, they fix it fast and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Kelly (one of the owners) is always checking in and making sure we’re taken care of. We even had a small flood and they brought extra staff right away and didn’t charge us extra since we’ve been customers for years. They also manage our paper supplies and cleaning chemicals so we don’t have to constantly restock. Thank you, TM Services!

We were in a pinch and used T and M for a deep cleaning for our old commercial building. We thought some of the dirt and stains were permanent. Just wow! The place looks awesome and now they will be our go to janitorial service to keep the place maintained in a beautifully clean condition.
